We strive to bridge the gap between healthcare professionals and make sure that everyone is on the same page in regards to patient care. Our team members actively communicate with referring providers and ensure that they are kept up-to-date on any changes or developments in a patient’s treatment plan. We also prioritize involving referring providers in decision making processes surrounding a patient’s health and wellness journey. By joining forces, we can offer comprehensive care for each individual and help them achieve their desired goals. ** We do not allow patients referred to Brookside Sleep Wellness to become general dental patients of J Peter St Clair, DMD, PC, as we are a referral-based practice. If you do not have a general dentist, we can provide you with recommendations based on your specific situation.
